Parent and Guardian Information: In the case of Minors (individuals under 18 years of age), parent or legal guardian's name, relationship to the child, contact telephone, email address, and verifiable consent declarations.

2.3.

Emergency Contact Information: Name, relationship, and emergency telephone number of nominated emergency contacts for swift operational response during athletic or outdoor activities.

2.4.

Participation and Health Declarations: Self-declared medical fitness, allergies, known physical restrictions, special needs notes (e.g. for tailored ASD and sensory programs), and medical consent for emergency first-aid or hospitalization.

2.5.

Transaction and Payment Data: Bank transfer reference numbers, UTR numbers, payment dates, program fees paid, billing names, and transaction confirmation details. (Note: ISSCLUB does not store complete bank card numbers or banking passwords).

2.6.

Digital & Technical Usage Data: IP address, device type, browser characteristics, referring URLs, operating system, and anonymous interaction timestamps when accessing our web portal.

PURPOSE AND LEGAL GROUNDS FOR PROCESSING

We process personal data solely for legitimate, lawful purposes connected directly to the Company's operational objects and service delivery:

Administering membership registrations, trial sessions, and program schedules;
Ensuring participant health, physical safety, and appropriate emergency preparedness;
Organizing sports tournaments, coaching batches, camping, and yoga workshops;
Verifying payments, issuing official fee receipts, and managing operational records;
Communicating batch updates, schedule changes, venue directions, and safety advisories;

PROTECTION AND CONSENT FOR CHILDREN AND MINORS

A significant pillar of ISSCLUB's activities encompasses children's sporting, cognitive, and developmental programs, including programs tailored for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and diverse developmental needs.

4.1.

Personal data relating to any Minor shall only be collected with verifiable consent from their parent or legally appointed guardian.

4.2.

We do not undertake behavioral tracking, targeted commercial advertising, or profile generation directed at children.

4.3.

Special developmental information shared by parents for ASD or developmental batches is strictly restricted to certified trainers, instructors, or professionals directly assigned to the child's care and safety.

PHOTOGRAPHY, AUDIO AND VIDEO RECORDINGS

5.1.

ISSCLUB may record photographs and video footage during community games, events, and sports tournaments for legitimate archival, safety, operational, and promotional documentation.

5.2.

Where identifiable images or videos of Minors are captured, appropriate parental authorization is obtained through registration notices or consent forms.

5.3.

Participants and parents may at any time request the exclusion or removal of specific photographs from public digital galleries by writing to our designated grievance contact at support@issclub.in.

DISCLOSURE AND SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

ISSCLUB does not sell, rent, trade, or commercially monetize your personal data. We disclose personal information only on a need-to-know basis under strict confidentiality obligations to:

Authorized Company Personnel: Trainers, coaches, coordinators, instructors, and event managers who need the details to conduct activities safely.

6.2.

Emergency Healthcare Providers: Paramedics, first responders, clinics, or hospitals in the event of an urgent medical requirement during an Activity.

6.3.

Institutional Venues and Partners: Residential housing societies, schools, colleges, or sports complexes solely for venue security and gate clearance.

6.4.

Statutory & Law Enforcement Authorities: Government departments, judicial courts, or regulatory bodies where mandated by applicable Indian law.

DATA SECURITY AND SAFEGUARDS

ISSCLUB enforces reasonable technical, physical, and administrative security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data handled, designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, alteration, or unlawful destruction.

We retain personal information for the period necessary to fulfill the operational purposes set forth in this Policy, maintain active membership relations, satisfy statutory tax and corporate accounting mandates, manage incident and insurance records, and resolve potential legal claims.
